The purpose of "TALENT4YOU" |

We believe that every person is unique and that God's purpose for each of us is written within our hearts. Along with our purpose, God gave us natural gifts and talents that we need to harness. When we disregard the talents that God gave us, we feel unfulfilled and empty. We may appear successful to the external world, however, we will know the truth of how we feel deep within our hearts.
The members of our team felt the desire and willingness to help and serve others on their journey of discovering their purpose. |
Throughout our activities in the Center, we aim to help participants:
1. To know and discover their talents and potential
2. Build habits in areas where talents become weaknesses (virtues)
3. Build respect and understanding for different talents and to realize talent synergies in order to fulfill God's will

Why "TALENT4YOU"
Success and happiness are often considered the premise of today's world. For Catholics, however, the meaning of life extends deeper than that – it is about finding one's true calling. This means discovering God's talents within ourselves, and sharing them with our family, society and God. However, not all people are close to The Truth.
Talent4YOU – The Talent and Skills Development Center was founded in an attempt to transfer the message of truth and love to everyone, especially those individuals who have not discovered it yet, so we started thinking about how to transfer that message of truth and love to them. So, we founded Talent4YOU - talent and skills development center. |
WHY TALENT?
The beauty of creation is built into every person. Our first step is to encourage people to get to know themselves, their talents and their strengths. Our aim is to help people see their natural and God-given abilities and gifts, their potential, to see themselves through God's eyes, as unique and original, with a purpose in this world. WHY 4YOU? 4YOU has two meanings. Firstly, it is for people. We are given to each other - to make other people happy, to serve, to create, to explore and to grow in faith. Our talents and gifts are in best use when we share them with our neighbors, our friends, and our families. Secondly, it is for the God. When we use our talents and share them with others, we celebrate our God who has woven these gifts into us. When we use our talents, we are celebrating our Creator. |
We believe that Talent4YOU will become
an international center for talent and skills development
that will connect Catholics all over the world
who want to leave a unique mark and do some good in the world.
Our Activities
Our activities began in 2009 in cooperation with Domagoj Matošević, then responsible for the Youth Ministry that organized a summer school for young Catholic animators. Co-founder Ivona Zgrabljić, then human resources consultant, was invited as a trainer for animator skills. Although the concept of Talent4YOU was initiated during this period, it would still be many years before the project was set in motion, due to the launch of a large number of other projects. Some of these included the opening of a start-up, HR consultancy and development of Educator ID – a unique program for discovering and developing talents. Over the years, however, Ivona worked on gathering a team of enthusiasts that wished to give their talents and expertise gained through education and work back to the Church, society and religious communities, and from this, Talent4YOU was born.

A two-day Edukator ID weekend for: - 30 students of the SKAC Split association - 25 members of the prayer community "Oganj Duha" - the Salesian Youth in Subotica - for priests and nuns in Razgled |
2019. - today
Since 2019, every summer the EDUCATOR ID program takes place as part of the summer 7-day youth camp organized by SKAC Split. |

Recorded and released the album "Lost / Found" organized by Laudato Music. |
